Privacy notice
Seismograph has no accounts, no forms and no analytics, and sets no cookies of its own. This notice says what personal data still passes through the site and why.

Who is responsible
Cryptograph Club runs the site and decides how this data is used. Contact: contact@cryptograph.club.
When you visit
The pages are static files. They set no cookies, run no tracking scripts and load nothing from other sites. Like every web server, ours records each request: the IP address, the time, the page asked for, the referring page and the browser's description. These logs are kept by our web host, HostGator (Newfold Digital, Inc.), on servers in the United States, for running and protecting the site, and are deleted on the host's schedule. We do not use them to identify or profile visitors.
Requests reach the site through Cloudflare, which delivers the pages and protects the site against attacks and abuse. Cloudflare sees the same request data. It processes it on our behalf under its data processing terms with us, and for some purposes of its own, such as keeping its network secure, as a controller under its own privacy policy (https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/), which also describes its data retention. Cloudflare may process this data outside your country, including in the United States, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. If Cloudflare has to check that a request does not come from an automated attack, it may place security cookies in your browser: cf_clearance and, as part of the check, cookies whose names start with cf_chl. These cookies are strictly necessary for security and are not used for tracking or advertising.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Blockchain data
The site's data comes from public blockchains. A liquidation there carries the wallet addresses of the borrower and the liquidator, and a wallet address can be personal data when it can be linked to a person.
- We store addresses only as salted hashes, a one-way code used to count positions and to tell one position from another. The site never shows, searches or follows an address.
- Event pages show transaction hashes and link them to the chain's public block explorer.
- We publish statistics about market events, not profiles of people.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in recording and publishing market events from public data (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to it by writing to us; tell us the transaction or event concerned.
When you write to us
If you email us, we use your address and message to answer you, and keep them as long as needed for that and for the record of any correction it leads to. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering and in keeping the data accurate.
Advertising
The site shows no advertising today. Before it does, this notice will say which network is used and what it collects, and where the law requires it you will be asked for consent first.
Your rights
Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, you can ask us for access to your personal data, its correction or erasure, a restriction of its use, and you can object to its use. Write to contact@cryptograph.club. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
We do not sell personal data and make no automated decisions about people.
