Terms of use
These terms apply to Seismograph, its pages, charts and feeds. By using the site you accept them.
Last updated 26 October 2026.
1. Who we are
The site is run by Cryptograph Club ("we"). Contact: contact@cryptograph.club.
2. Information, not advice
The site reports what happened on public blockchains. Nothing on it is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or an offer or recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Magnitudes and other scores are estimates made by a published method, not verdicts about any venue, token or person. Decide for yourself, and ask a qualified adviser where you need one.
3. Data as is
The data is collected automatically and comes without warranty of any kind. It can be incomplete, late or wrong: a chain can fall behind, a price can be missing, a venue can change its contracts, and coverage is limited to the venues and chains the site names. Figures, waves and magnitudes can change after they first appear; every change to a closed event is shown on its page and listed under corrections. Do not rely on the site where an error or a delay could cause you a loss.
4. No use as a benchmark or in financial products
The magnitudes, totals, waves and any other figures on the site may not be used, without our prior written permission:
- in or for a financial instrument, financial contract or investment fund, including to determine an amount payable under it, its value or its performance;
- as an index or benchmark, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/1011 or any similar rule elsewhere;
- to trigger, settle or price trades, loans, insurance or derivatives, by hand or by machine.
We publish the figures as a factual record and do not run them as a benchmark.
5. What you may do with the data
- Read, quote and share figures, magnitudes, charts and event pages, for any purpose not excluded in section 4, with a link to the page and the credit "Seismograph by Cryptograph Club".
- Follow the JSON and RSS feeds in a reader or an app.
Do not copy the site or its data in bulk, by scraping or otherwise, to republish it, to build a competing database or to sell it, and do not load the site in a way that slows it for others. Ask us if you need more: an API is planned.
6. Links and third parties
Event pages link to block explorers and other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or availability. Names of venues, chains and tokens belong to their owners and are used only to say what the data is about.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the site or its data, or from not being able to use them, including trading or investment losses and lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may change the site, its coverage, its method and these terms. The date above shows the last change to the terms; the version of the magnitude method is shown on each event. Using the site after a change means accepting the new terms.
