Morpho liquidations
Each Morpho market pairs one collateral token with one loan token, an oracle and a liquidation loan-to-value (LLTV). A position whose loan-to-value exceeds the LLTV can be liquidated: the liquidator repays debt and seizes collateral plus an incentive that is larger for markets with a lower LLTV. Seismograph counts the collateral seized, as Morpho itself computes it in the liquidation: the debt repaid times the market's incentive, in loan tokens, valued in USD with Aave's oracle for the loan token in the same block.
